Ingredients (for 1 person)

• 40 ml espresso
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• 40 ml sparkling mineral water
• 40 ml clear apple juice
• 4 ice cubes

Preparation

• Take a small latte macchiato glass and fill it with the ice cubes.
• Add the maple syrup to the glass. Add the mineral water and apple juice.
• Place the glass under the coffee spout and prepare an espresso into the glass.
